Niagara Falls |
Our tour begins in the town of Niagara that is located in Canada. On the Canadian side is the most spectacular of the three waterfall, Horseshoe Falls, which has a height of 52 meters. We highlight four points of interest:
Skylon Tower: Have a complete and spectacular view of Niagara Falls and all.
Queen Victoria Park: They are gardens with viewing platforms that allow closely observe Horseshoe Falls.
Journey Behind The Falls: Descend by elevator and through caves closer to the base of Horseshoe Falls, getting a spectacular view of the falls.
Maid of the Myst: If you are going to Niagara is essential to take this boat, you can catch both the Canadian side and the American side. It only works when there is no ice in the water (late April to early October approximately) and its route is about all cataract found in this park, the first two Americans and then to Canada. If you have something of value that can not get wet, do not introduzcáis the boat, because although we provide raincoats for crossing the dip is assured.
Crossing the American border state of Ontario passed the state of New York. States in the United States are two falls, Bridal Veil Falls and American Falls, which are less spectacular than the Canadian waterfall. However, we also find two other points of interest:
Prospect Point Park: A park with spectacular views of the falls.
Cave of the Winds: the elevator descended to the base of American Falls, and through platforms and walkways closer to the base of Bridal Veil Falls.
As recent data, indicate that on the Canadian side Whirlpool Aero Car is a cable car that was built in 1916 following the Spanish designs and engineer Leonardo Torres Quevedo, and allows us to cross the Niagara River rapids spotting.
